the reality is, that's how people get into fashion
Fashion
is an industry that is very hard to make enough money. Fashion changes every time and sometimes a
brand is very famous , but a month later the brand can be forgotten. In this industry
a lot of people work without having a salary. The best way to get a good job in
this fashion industry is to start with an unpaid internship. Some brands say
they cannot exist if they did not have the unpaid employees. There are many
different kind of jobs in this industry , if you work for a very good brand and
arrange lots of things you will get a good cv, but you can also end up somewhere
taking care of the coffee.
I think
it is very unfair for all those people who work very hard in this industry and
won’t get paid at all. I think this industry is very hard to function well and
I do think that every intern should at least get a little bonus for all the
hard work. The crisis has been terribly hard on some people , so if you work
very hard for a company and also don’t get paid at all you should find another
job to pay your costs. This is what I think the most silly thing I heard, I
think those people earn some money from this industry.
